Comansa serves its customers and manages all technical, commercial and post-sales queries on a global scale from its offices in Spain, the United States and China. Moreover, it has a vast network of dealers with high levels of technical expertise, allowing Comansa to respond quickly and effectively to end customers.
Thanks to this extensive network, as well as a professional and friendly in-house sales team, Comansa stays in constant contact with its customers, finding out their needs first hand in order to properly respond to new market requirements. The constant support it provides its distribution network with enables Comansa to foresee changes and better adapt.
Comansa's manufacturing centres have been designed for lean manufacturing, enabling the continual adaptation and optimisation of production process. Thanks to this versatile system, Comansa is always able to offer very competitive delivery times, regardless of where in the world a tower crane is needed.
Global headquarters in Spain
Comansa’s headquarters have been in the town of Huarte, in Spain, since the company was founded. Its facilities include a production centre for manufacturing the entire LC range, as well as the group’s central services. Comansa’s headquarters in Spain are where the company´s customer service, sales and services for Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East are based.
North America
Comansa has been operating directly in North America since 2002. From its offices in Pineville, near Charlotte, North Carolina, Comansa provides sales and service coverage to its customers in the United States and Canada. Its facilities include a large warehouse which stocks sections and spare parts to provide a quick and effective service in the region.
Asia
The factory in Hangzhou, China, opened in 2006 and the facilities were renovated and expanded in 2015. This production centre manufactures the CM cranes which are distributed in Asia, South America, Africa and the Middle East. From these modern offices, the Comansa team also deals with technical and sales queries from Asia and Oceania.
France
Comansa opened his French office in 2022. Located in Palaiseau 21 km south from Paris, its facilities also include spare parts warehouse. From there, Comansa provides sales, rental and service to its customers in France.
